Graduates from our Master's program are successful in many different
career paths. Some continue their formal education, obtaining
law degrees, MBA's, or PhD's in criminal justice, sociology, or
related fields. Others work in the broad spectrum of criminal
justice and related social service agencies, from federal and
local law enforcement, to community and institutional corrections,
to agencies that provide victim advocacy and child protection.
With the research and problem solving focus of our degree, several
of our graduates have moved into research employment in state
and local government. Finally, graduates of our MA program have
gone into teaching in law enforcement academies and community
colleges.
