Michael S. Harbin, M.A., has experience in both post-secondary education and in the criminal justice field. Mr. Harbin has 15 years of experience as a college instructor at John A. Logan College in Carterville, Illinois, and worked for four years as a juvenile and adult probation officer with the Williamson County, Illinois Probation Department. He joined the Center in August, 1994.
